It doesn’t matter when or where it was purchased. All we need from you is to fill out the form provided below with a picture of the glass straw and your order # if you had ordered online OR your receipt from your retailer. 

Please answer the questions in the form below and you will receive a coupon code for the price of a replacement straw (does not include shipping). We will make sure you get your replacement quickly, so you can go back to enjoying your favourite beverages!

Note: the price of the replacement straw will be based on retail price offered on strawhopper.com.

The Lifetime Guarantee apply only to products damaged during normal use.
