Orders to the UNITED STATES and CANADA USE either United States Postal Service and Canada Post. Standard orders can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Expedited orders generally take 5 to 7 days to arrive, but those dates cannot be guaranteed because of possible delays in customs. If a customs number was included in your shipping confirmation email, that could be a useful reference when tracking your package or trying to obtain additional information from customs.
Standard shipments within the United States are usually sent via USPS or UPS, however we do offer other expedited method such as 2nd Day Air. We’ll email you when your order has ship with the tracking number.
We will do our best to accommodate your custom orders. Please allow us 4-6 weeks for larger request. Custom orders within CANADA or USA will not be eligible for 2 day air or express shipping methods due to processing time.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
StrawHopper offers shipping internationally. We generally ship through the United States Postal Service, and CANADA via CANADA POST unless you chose another option at checkout. We have found that international shipping is normally faster and more reliable using UPS but the choice is yours.
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is as accurate – especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was charged to your card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.
